Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, Online purchases made through gsousnow.com can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. 
 

What is your Return & Exchange Policy? 

1. Flash sale, Babydolls&Chemises, Bustiers&Corsets, Teddies, Bras&Bra Sets, Panties, Shapewear, Stockings, Nude Bra, Special offer, Jewelry are not covered by warranty and non-returnable.

2.All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.

3. Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative. 

4. For the returns, No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.

5. Please also do not mail any envelopes to the return address for inquiry. We will discard the letter automatically. The best way to communicate and solve problems is to contact us by email. Our contact method is: service@gsousnow.com.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us (service@gsousnow.com) and provide your order number and state the reason.

• For orders that need to be canceled but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
• We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.
• Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

Return/Exchange Process

• All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.
• Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests will not be accepted.
• Return/Exchange shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.(include order's shipping fee)
• We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@gsousnow.com to get a return authorization and return address, stating your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: After receiving your email with the exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. 

Step 3: You will receive the refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

1.    Gsou Snow is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in return transit, you can contact shipping company for a claim.

2.    Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non- Gsou Snow products. We can’t refund until you contact shipping company to return to correct address or return correct products.
